Diagnostic Essay

1. What is the role of writing in the sciences?

I believe writing in the sciences allows us to better our understanding of the world around us. It is a way to express ideas and support them through language.

2. Do you enjoy writing, and if so, what do you tend to compose?

I don't write often but I do enjoy it, I mostly write about my day and feelings as a way to let out any pent-up emotions.

3. What themes do you find pleasure reading about?

I like reading about recent situations, sci-fi, fiction, and mostly anything that can challenge my view of the world.

4. What is your major/field of study?

I am majoring in biology.

5. What are your potential career and ultimate life purpose?

As of right now, my goal is to get into medical school and become a doctor. I'm not too sure what kind of doctor yet, that is something I'll have to figure out on the way. My ultimate life goal is to become successful and be able to support my family.

6. Finally, share one interesting fact about yourself.

During class I had said that I have a twin but this time I'll share a different fact which is that I majored in graphic design during high school.
